Qnasl Nasal Aerosol (active ingredient: beclometasone dipropionate) is a prescription medication indicated for the following:

  1. Allergic Rhinitis: Qnasl Nasal Aerosol is used to manage and relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose.
  2. Non-Allergic Rhinitis: It is also indicated for the treatment of non-allergic rhinitis, which includes symptoms like nasal congestion and inflammation not triggered by allergens.

Qnasl Nasal Aerosol belongs to a class of drugs known as nasal corticosteroids, which work by reducing inflammation in the nasal passages to alleviate symptoms and improve nasal breathing.

To use Qnasl Nasal Aerosol, shake the canister well before each use. Then, blow your nose to clear your nasal passages. Insert the nasal spray tip into one nostril while tilting your head slightly forward and breathe in gently through your nose. While breathing in, press down firmly on the canister to release one spray and remove the nasal spray tip from your nostril. Repeat the process in the other nostril. Do not sneeze or blow your nose immediately after using Qnasl Nasal Aerosol. Dispose of the canister after 120 sprays, even if it appears to still contain medication. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

The usual dose of Qnasl Nasal Aerosol is 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril once per day, as prescribed by your doctor. The medication should be used at the same time(s) each day. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage and do not share your medication with others. If you have any questions or concerns about how to use Qnasl Nasal Aerosol, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
