Fishermans Friend Regular comes in the form of lozenges to it orally. The lozenges should be placed on mouth, and it needs to dissolve slowly without chawing or swallowing it whole.
Lozenges may cause a burning or tingling sensation in the mouth and throat and should be avoided if the symptoms are intolerable. Avoid consuming any food and beverages while consuming it, so that the lozenge works properly.
The dosages of the medication may vary based on age and some other factors of the patient: Adults and children 2 years of age and over: Allow 1 lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth and repeat every 2 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and frequency of use.
