Kwellada-P lotion is a topical medication used to treat head lice and crabs (pubic lice). It contains an active ingredient called 5% permethrin. Permethrin belongs to a group of medications called synthetic pyrethroids, which are insecticides.

Permethrin 5% works by paralyzing mites that cause scabies, killing them and their eggs. It works to get rid of scabies infestation, but skin itching may take 2 to 4 weeks to disappear after treatment.

Kwellada P Lotion should be applied to the affected area of the scalp or skin and left on for a specific amount of time as directed by a healthcare professional or pharmacist.

To use Kwellada-P lotion, follow these steps:

  1. Wash your hair or affected area with a non-conditioning shampoo and towel dry.
