  • R-bicalutamide is an inhibitor of CYP 3A4; therefore, caution should be used when CASODEX is given with other medications that are metabolized by CYP 3A4.
  • Patients should be advised to promptly report any signs or symptoms of hepatotoxicity.
  • Patients should be monitored for liver function tests before, during, and after treatment with CASODEX.
