Breztri Aerosphere is a prescription medicine indicated for the long-term maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It is used to reduce the frequency and severity of COPD exacerbations, improve lung function, and improve health-related quality of life. Additionally, it is indicated for the treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with COPD, including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema.

The Breztri Aerosphere inhaler is a combination of two long-acting bronchodilators and one medication to reduce inflammation. It was designed to improve breathing for those with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The three active ingredients are budesonide, glycopyrrolate, and formoterol fumarate.

When inhaling Breztri Aerosphere by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually twice daily (in the morning and in the evening), you should wait at least 1 minute between inhalations. To prevent dry mouth, hoarseness, and oral yeast infections from developing, gargle and rinse your mouth with water and spit out after each use.

To use Breztri Aerosphere, take two inhalations (or puffs) twice a day, in the morning and evening. This medicine helps to improve and reduce the number of flare-ups of the symptoms of COPD. It is important to use Breztri Aerosphere regularly and not skip any doses, as this could reduce the effectiveness of the medication. If you have any questions about how to use this medication, it is important to speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
